A cooperative Housing project will be built to provide housing for Shabbat observant farmilies, and those in the process of becoming Shabbat-Observant. These families will comprise a vibrant Jewish community welcoming guests, provding warm and open homes to allow visitors to experience first-hand a rich traditional Jewish lifestyle. Families will be actively involved in all facets of our educational programs. The land is currently zoned for thirteen single family home dwellings. We are planning on rezoning to enable a twenty to thirty family co-housing village. Right know as we speak the housing commitee is meeting to finalize these plans.
